Crispy Freeze-Dried Milk Chocolate Éclairs
Classic caramel and chocolate just got a makeover. These retro favourites have been transformed through freeze-drying into airy, crunchy bites with a surprise chocolate centre (sometimes on the outside too – we don’t make the rules!). The buttery caramel flavour is even more pronounced, and the texture is completely addictive.

Glucose Syrup, Sugar, Sweetened Condensed Milk (from whole milk), Milk Chocolate 16% (Cocoa Solids, Milk Solids, Sugar, Cocoa butter, Whole milk powder, Cocoa mass, Milk fat, Emulsifier: Soya lecithin, Natural vanilla flavouring), Vegetable Oil (palm), Butter (Milk), Salt, Molasses, Emulsifier (E471), Flavourings.
Milk chocolate contains Cocoa solids of 31% minimum and Milk solids of 17% minimum.
