Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy for any unopened parcels. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for opened items since they are food products. Additionally, you may cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase, provided it hasn’t been dispatched yet. If you refuse a delivery, it will be returned to us, and a full refund (Less Delivery Charges) will be processed once received.
